Aerial 

- Silk, Lyra (hoop), and Sling.

These routines will be performed in the air on your apparatus of choice.  

 

Contortion and Acrobats 

- Floor routines that will consist of bendy and fun shapes. We can also incorporate props.

 

Dance 

- Styles of dance offered: Contemporary, Modern Lyrical, or Jazz.
